Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

At our church, the Sermons are referred to as Messages. Leaving it as Sermons wouldn't be the end of the world but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask if there is a way to modify the references to "Sermons" in the Sermon Speaker Component to be "Messages". I'm able to change the module titles so that's not a problem. Thanks.

in this file you can modify it and upload it to languages/en-GB folder. just remove .txt after you are done. seems that forum is stripping off the file.
