Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

how difficult would it be to integrate sermon cast into Facebook or Tweeter? I've seen some apps that push data to those 2 sites. i'm not a user of both, just thinking out-loud here.

Interesting idea. Can you tell me what app this does? Then I can have a look how it's done there

I think living word component, i've see others, the developer attempted to do this. I'm not sure if he succeeded. but I'm not social media person so tweeter and Facebook are all Greek to me, tried playing with their API for couple ours. His idea (developers) was to push verse of the day to tweeter using their API. my thinking is maybe push actual mp3 file with all relevant data. i.e. scripture links, speaker notes and so on.

I'm not a big user of Social Media as well. I have a Facebook account but almost never use it
Looking at Living Words it seems as he has a system plugin which does the twitter messages. So far I didn't fiddle with plugins. So if anyone feels able to do that, I'm happy to support it. But for now I don't have the time for it.
The Facebook implemention is another thing, it seems he doesn't actively post messages, but allows the user to add it. This seems to be quite simple with the AddThis applet. I could probably implement this as well into SermonSpeaker. Shouldn't be that hard I think.
