Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

Hello.

I would like to change the text from "Sermons Ordered by Series" to "Most Recent Series". I thought I used to modify the text in the "components/com_sermonspeaker/client.language" file but I don't see the file.

Would you please let me know the file name and path?
