Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

Can't seem to create a front end was created by Louis
I am new to Joolma but have figured out how to install the component file in the mod install. I can't figure out how to link sermon speaker to my top menu. Can anyone help?

  • In the backend go to "Menus" in the menu, select your top menu and then "Add New Menu Item".
  • In the form for a new menu item, click the "select" button next to the "Menu Item Type".
  • Search the SermonSpeaker section on the new modal window and select "Sermons List" (or whatever fits your needs)
  • Fill out the rest of the form, especially the "Menu Title" and save.
  • Your frontend should now have a new menu item pointing to the sermons list.
