Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

I can't get this podcast or rss feed to create useable file for itunes.
I have read about SEF extensions and turned off everything with no luck.
Does the yootheme ZOO blog cause eany issues as it creates it own rss feed. Its not on the pages the player sits. Everytime I click on the rss it creates a full php file of the page.Works fine in 1,7 but 1.5 is not hooking up and I have used it on three differant sites.

Do you have a page I can look at?
Did you check the created feed with feedvalidator.org?

I'm on Eric's team.

Here is the page:
brsonline.org/index.php?option=com_sermo...w=sermons&Itemid=321

Here is the feed:
www.brsonline.org/index.php?option=com_sermonspeaker&view=feed

I've tried uninstalling a variety of content plugins also have added an image to itunes area in component and menu item as found in earlier help posts as possibilities. None of this produces a clean feed url.

There are blank lines at the beginning of the feed url.

The blank lines are exactly why the feed fails. They are usually generated by faulty system or content plugins. Unfortunately I don't know of a way to fix this on SermonSpeaker side.

What you can do is disable all non-core system and content plugins. Then the feed will most likely work. If it does, start reenabling the plugins till the feed breaks again. Then you know which plugin is the faulty one.
If you can tell me which plugin it is, I can maybe try to fix it. Or you could contact the developer.
Sometimes it's as easy as storing the language files in the correct file format (UTF-8 without BOM). Sometimes it also helps if the plugin has a check for the document type and only runs for HTML documents.

The reasons those plugins can break our feed is that SermonSpeaker processes the plugins to get rid of the possibly present plugin tags (eg {bible}...{/bible} around scriptures).

Got it fixed.

Problem #1 - It was a conflict with a Content Plugin called: Edocs - Embed Documents
Problem #2 - iTunes Keyword needed to be one word with no spaces
Problem #3 - Sermon Date needed to be entered

Got a clean Feed URL after those changes.
