Support for SermonSpeaker 3.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 1.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 4.x, which is better anyway.

In my littlefallschurch.org/,i have SS under resources,specifically, littlefallschurch.org/resources/sermons-mp3-format
When you go to a sermon and try download, it doesn't download the sermon. How to fix?

It's probably the same issue that prevents the feed from working correctly.
I think some code generates an output before SermonSpeaker takes action, which then breaks files (and feeds) because the header gets corrupted.

Most likely it's caused by a faulty system or content plugin. Try disabling all non-core system and content plugins and see if that fixes it. If it does, you can enable one after each other and see when the problem starts again.

are you using any 3rd party SEO or SEF, I'd try and disable those 1st cause it seems like you are, i've noticed with 1.5 some were causing issues for me.
