Unpublished tags still active by URL

Dear Thomas,

I know it is more a Joomla question rather than SermonSpeaker. But please let me consult you because I could not find relevant information from the net.
I made some Tag and tagged them on articles or whatever supported items.
Then I unpublish the tag. The tag now disappear from the Tags module. It is fine.
But I find that the item tagged with the UNpublished tag is still accessible at http://mysite/component/tags/tag/2 for example, and the tagged items are listed. Also, tags set access levels to higher, e.g. Managers, are accessible to non-logged in users. It appears that tags respect Publish and Access Level only in showing or hiding tags only.
Is it a Joomla bug?

That certainly sounds like a bug in Joomla (and I can reproduce it).
It would be great if you can open an issue on issues.joomla.org/ .
