Replace All:
When selected in the ScriptureLinks parameters, all references in content will be replaced with a link to BibleGateway’s online Bible database. All existing Bible tags will be stripped as well.Using content tags: {bible}Bible Verse{/bible}
The scripture passage can be a run of chapters (ex. John 1-3), run of verses (ex. John 1:1-3), a single verse (ex. John 1:1) or a chapter (ex. John 1). If you shorten the passage, use standard abbreviations (ex. Jn 1:1 or Isa 9:6).You can select a different version to reference.
Syntax is: {bible #?}Bible Verse{/bible}
("#?" is the respective version number from the table below.)
Examples:
{bible 9}john 3:16{/bible} - inserted in content provides a link
to the BibleGateway's database for scripture verse John 3:16 in the King James version.
{bible}john 3:16{/bible} - inserted in content provides a link
to the BibleGateway's database for scripture verse John 3:16 in the default version

Volume numbers can be express as numeric, Roman numeral, full word, or abbreviated full word. (ex. 1 John 1:1, I John 1:1, First John 1:1, 1st John 1:1)
