Support for SermonSpeaker 4.x is canceled as it is for Joomla 2.5. I will gladly assist you with minor issues but I will not fix any bugs anymore in this releases.
The fix is to upgrade to SermonSpeaker 5.x and Joomla 3.x, which is better anyway.

According to another user our AddOn isn't compatible with their latest release. You can try downloading obSocialSubmit 1.7.7 from them and using our AddOn 1.7.7 from the download section together with it. This combination is tested.
I'll have to install their newest version and see what changed so I can adapt our AddOn.

this add-on will not work if you install directly into Joomla using Joomla installer. it's and extension of OCSOCIALSUBMIT component 1st you have to purchase component and then install it as extension into that component.

Bummer. I wish I would have known that before I upgraded to 1.7. Maybe you could make this clear in your upgrade notes.

What exactly was unclear? That the obSocialSubmit AddOn is an AddOn for the obSocialSubmit component?
