Categories and Tags

when you are doing sermon entry in back end. and select a category would it be possible to filter speaker and then series based on that selection. also make tags something that you can enter into database like you do for series so that you can then select multiple ones, so that you don't mix up spelling or something else, and not have relation show up. with Russian i don't have Russian keyboard and have to manually type that stuff in.
