Erion was kind enough to provide a full translation of SermonSpeaker 4.4 in italian.
Update: This language pack is now included in SermonSpeaker 4.4.4
Since the extension is already released he made an installable language pack out of it. The package will install the italian language for the component and almost all modules and plugins.
