What would be the best logistics for this component?

I am trying to understand how should I properly setup the whole component logistically. Need your help in form of explaining how this thing should actually work?
We have two speakers. Speaker One and Speaker Two.

Speaker One has one kind of ministry, and Speaker Two has four different kinds.

Thus it is five different kinds of broadcasts.

Then, some people would want to subscribe to audio versions and some would like to watch videos.

At first I was thinking about creating ten different Categories and create ten different menuitems for rss-feeds. Yet when I create a sermon in SS, I see that there are two options for media – audio and video. So, does that mean that I can create five rss-feeds and people when subscribing will have some option to choose if they want audio-subscription or video one?

Or was my assumption correct about creating ten different categories and ten different rss-feeds?

You can create 5 categories and add audio and video to the same sermon. But you need to create 10 menuitems for the feeds and specify category and type (audio or video) there.
